My theory is that there's a supernatural force, or perhaps even a faction, behind it all. At first you could be forgiven for dismissing it as a particularly fucked up drug trip, but by 5 and New Dawn you have things like Faith and Joseph projecting themselves and the properties of Bliss are.biologically and chemically unlikely to say the least, and let's not even start on the things that Joseph's bliss-apples do to people. It seems to me that the games since 3 have all featured a much heavier emphasis on things that just can't be explained.

This could mean the FND operates both T-54/55s and T-62s but all T-62s were destroyed (which seems unlikely considering all rusted tank wrecks seen around yara are T-54/55s and one was apparently being auctioned off in Los Tres Santos) the T-62s were decomissioned and phased out of service (which would be odd, considering the fact that the T-62 is the successor to the T-54/55 and has thicker armor, a more powerful main gun, and a more advanced fire control system), or this oversight by the developers. There is an underlying supernatural entity that is behind the last four games.

This is the first usable tracked vehicle in the Far Cry game series.1944 Petrov HS-100 “Senor Pinga” (Modified HS-100 by Libertad and Zenia, to play Heavy Metal).1944 Petrov HS-100 "Karlito" (flamethrower Variant by Legends 67).also equipped with ERA blocks on its upper hull and parts of its turret, and what resemble the add on composite armor package of the T-55AM and AMV.
TV TROPES FAR CRY 2 DRIVERS
1944 Petrov HS-100 ELITE (Special Forces Tank-Esperanza): black paint with red accents on various parts including th mud guards, drivers hatch, commander's hatch, roadwheels, etc.1944 Petrov HS-100B (Special Forces Tank): black paint.1944 Petrov HS-100 (Standard Army tank): standard FND off white paint.None the less, despite their age, the tanks are a huge advantage for the Yaran military in the war against the Libertad revolutionaries. Since Yara is effectively stuck in time (due to difficulties importing anything into the country) the Yaran military have been forced to rely on obsolete tanks manufactured during the Cold War. Besides the Main gun, it is armed with a coaxial machinegun, and a DShK Machine Gun. The Tank is an armored fighting vehicle used by the Yaran military in Far Cry 6.
